This is a great question. I feel there are a few key qualities that one must have in order to be successful with SFI.
1. Hard Working: All too often people join SFI with the idea that it is a get rich quick scheme that involves signing up and waiting for a paycheck. However SFI is not that, and we all know that it takes hard work to get to where we want to be. If an individual is not willing to put in the time and effort then they will never succeed with SFI or any other legitimate opportunity.
2. Communication Skills: As with any other affiliate/network marketing program, potential referrals are going to have questions. If one isn't willing to answer those questions, then the majority of quality leads may never join the program. In addition, once a lead becomes an affiliate, it is the sponsors job to support each downline member to help them grow within SFI. Duplication cannot be achieved to its fullest potential if a sponsor never communicates with their downline.
3. Marketing Ability: Whether online or offline, affiliates are going to need to know how to or be willing to learn how to market the SFI opportunity as well as promote TripleClicks. Many affiliates forget the importance of TripleClicks sales. They are after all the bread and butter of our compensation plan and the reason why SFI is as big as it is today. Growing a team is important but we still need to focus our efforts on spreading the word about how great TripleClicks is and get customers coming in.
4. A No Quit Attitude: When things get tough, the majority of people quit. Unfortunately as an SFI affiliate if that is your mentality, you will never become a success. SFI affiliates need to learn how to push through times of struggle. They need to know how to focus on the big picture. Not everything in life is easy and you are going to have to want to succeed before you can succeed no matter how bumpy the road gets. Use that to motivate yourself to do better.
