The number one quality one must have and/or develop is being a " Leader ". Being a leader means that you must lead by example by login in everyday, doing the daily tasks, growing your team, educating your team unselfishly and helping your team succeed.
Remember that you are the architect and the CEO/President of your company and your business. And being the CEO and President of your business means that you have the responsibility to lead in order for your business/company to succeed.
