You don't really 'need' any particular quality. There are a lot of different personalities that can do quite well with SFI, because it is such a flexible program.
In my opinion, just trying to be a good and sincere person, and putting in a serious effort to build an honest and reputable business will suffice. A willingness to learn, and being prepared to try new things are also useful.
If you are willing to be yourself, and grow as a person, you will develop all the qualities that you 'need' to be successful with SFI.
