Literal Translation: "Easier said than done."
Meaning: "It is easier to speak of something than actually do it."
To be successful at anything in life its essential that you become congruent and 'walk your talk' so that you feel confident, competent, and totally committed to your goal or outcome.
This is achieved by aligning all aspects of your 'self' with your goal, i.e. your sense of purpose, mission and vision at an identity level, and your beliefs, values, skills and behaviours in your chosen environment. That could be a career, a relationship, a sport, or a as an SFI Affiliate.
Being aligned means there is no self-doubt or anxiety about reaching your goals regardless of what obstacles, challenges or set-backs that occur. When you are aligned with your beliefs and values you project confidence, courage and commitment, and this is evident to others. Therefore as it becomes much easier to build rapport and secure the assistance of others toward your mutual goals.
So, in order to answer your question correctly... what would you have to believe about yourself in order to become successful with SFI?
