I believe the most important skills to achieving success at SFI are leadership and positive attitude. Everything else comes from those two.
Leadership - create a plan of actions, strategies on how to increase the size and volume of sales and productivity of your organization. Then as a leader, one has to communicate those strategies to their team on a consistent basis through team mail and stream messages. But also they have to lead by example, "walk the walk, not just talk the talk". Over time their team members would see that this course of actions would lead to results and they would follow the leader.
Positive attitude - react to everything in a positive way. Teach your team to be the same way. Let's say you did advertisement campaign, 50 new PSAs joined the business, but only 2 are active. I see success, you added two active members to your team. Always focus on positive and whatever you focus on - grows!
You can test yourself to see if your leadership skills are strong:
- How do you react when SFI changes compensations? Do you jump on board right away? I see too many team leaders posting very negative messages on the forum, their team is reading that too.
- Some of your team members get down and fell like they are not getting the results they want. Do you have patience to give them encouragement and step by step suggestions of things they can do to improve their SFI business?
- Do you do work daily? Can your affiliates see you as one of the leaders at SFI? Are you on leaderboards of Top 300 VPs? DistribuSTAR? Daily Grand winners? Pricebenders winners? It is important to be in the front!
I believe growing your leadership attitude and projecting positive vibes are the most essential parts in your business success here.
See you at the top!
