I believe that the most important quality you need to have is a genuine desire to help other people.
It's easy to think that some sort of business acumen might be important but unless you have the desire to help other people you will always struggle here.
Remember that one of the most important aspects of SFI is duplication. Unless you have that desire to help people you will find it difficult to duplicate your success. Sure you can buy your downline but how many are going to stick around with no support from their upline? I know some will but the vast majority will just give up.
If they have an upline that is genuinely interested in their success they are more likely to make a go of it. Show them that you really care about them and not just the income they can bring you.
I've found that SFI has become my new social media. I've made what I consider some good friends on SFI, both in and out of my team.
