As a new Team Leader, I would be thinking about enough PSA and reassigning some of them in these circumstances:
1. When I would have too many PSA at once to give my quality support and help to them.
2. When there would be thinking, I have done from my side all the best what it could be in my power and from my knowledge, for helping and tracing the downline's own way.
Someone could do this better, sometimes is maybe enough to change the mode only.
3. When there would have a very well doing downline, who simply calls for new challenges and who is in good communication with his/her downlines. If my PSA would be from the same or similar language area as my rewarding downline, even better.
Never I would not deliver PSA just so. I would ask my PSA, planned to go from me for agreement first; with a short explanation and introduction of his second chance and his new Sponsor.
