I also believe that your downlines will be able to transfer your training and love to their own downline and thus conduct this business with more passion and enthusiasm.It is like introducing giving birth to a baby and dumping that child to mend for itself.Not very long,that recruit will lose interest and quit the business.I hope I have tried to answer your question.Have fun and work with your downlines!
