It takes between 3 and 7 viewings of an ad for a prospect to decide to buy your product. It would follow that it also takes multiple contacts for you to convince a prospect to join SFI. All the first contact really does is open the door, or firmly close it. It allows you to establish a rapport with the contact. Once you have done that, you can recontact later.
While it takes multiple contacts to get someone to join SFI, any one contact, if done poorly, could ruin the deal. Your best prospects are the professional marketer. They are going to expect a professional as well. That means someone who can help them learn the system and give them support within the system. Also, you are a representative of SFI. If you give a poor impression of yourself, they will also get a poor impression of SFI.
