This is one of the most important questions that should be in the mind of every leader. Thank you, Pstricia, for bringing it up.
First of all one should understand the reason, why is it a good idea to reassign PSAs under other PSAs in the first place. Of course, the best insights on this are delivered by Gery in this article:

Now, if you really believe in your hart that reassignment is a right thing to do, that it is better to have team of two PSAs, one under another, than just two separate PSAs, then the right time to do the reassignment is when you have 2 PSAs! That's right, there is no benefit of waiting until you have hundreds of PSAs to do what is right. Why wouldn't one want to give his first PSAs the same chance of success as PSAs they recruit later on?
Of course, you want to do it smart. Here are just some ideas how I suggest doing the reassignment:
- typically you want to reassigned PSAs under someone who is strong. Better chance that that person would provide leadership and support that their newly assigned PSAs need. And, hopefully, that leader would do the same thing that you are doing and reassign some people under them.
- PSAs who are have great communication with their uplines are the best candidates to receive reassignments, in my view, since they are more likely to appreciate what are you doing for them.
- If you have very significant number of new PSAs, you can run a contest with your existing PSAs, to encourage them to do more in order to get reassignments.
- another tip: its always good to get over 20 VPs per day to get extra chance in Daily Grand contest. So, on slow days, when you had only 11 VPs from daily actions, you can boost your total by doing reassignments to get you over 20 VPs. You get 5 VPs per reassignment of a PSA who had over 600 VPs in the last 90 days. You never know how those extra chances to win can improve your business.
In summary, get on board with the concept of reassignment as early as you can, it is never too early to become a leader!
