Personally, I think if you are wondering whether you have enough PSAs to reassign, then you are asking the wrong question!
Questions you should be asking are:
1. Do I have PSAs who are working hard to build their business?
2. How can I best help those PSAs?
3. Will reassigning PSAs (or even one PSA) to them help to motivate, encourage and reward them?
There are probably more good questions, but those are the ones I ask myself.
As you can see, there isn't a question there about whether you have enough PSAs to reassign. If you have just two PSAs, and one is clearly working hard, while the other is slower to get started, it can make sense to reassign the slower one to the hard working one. This sends a clear message to the active one that you are very happy about what they are doing, and want to support and help them in any way you can, including passing on one of your precious PSAs to them.
Remember, also, that reassigning PSAs will only cost you direct sales commission (if they spend money at TripleClicks). Your main source of income, in time, will be from matching VP on your PSAs and their teams, and you will still earn that even if you reassign them. Meanwhile, the PSA you have reassigned them to will earn the direct sales commission, and will be very happy and encouraged, and will work harder. So, you really have nothing to lose by keeping your first generation as small as you can.
