Re assigning of PSA's should be handled very judiciously.
The purpose of reassigning is to help your active down-line to strengthen their business and should be done in the right way.
If you reassign a good PSA to a not so good PSA then the results may not be favorable. At the same time if you were to reassign an inactive member to your active PSA it may not help both of you.However, there are instances where by reassigning an inactive member becomes active due to the interaction with the new sponsor.
The time to plan for reassigning will be when you have a couple of promising PSA's or active PSA's.
In my opinion you must reassign not depending on whether you are Team Leader or not but on the need for helping your active PSA.
