All of the gateway have worked well for me.
The secret to them working even better is to cloak the SFI URL. SFI URL's get used so much that spam filters pick them up after a while and will either allow the mail to go through or cause the e-mail to bounce.
So If you Cloak your URL your message will get thru at a better rate and you will ultimately get a better response.
