You can send messages to your non-active PSA's and receive VP for it. Also, one or more of the non-active PSA's may become active and become superstars and make lots of money for you. Never give up on your non-active PSA's, as you never know why they are not active, or when they will become active. If they never become active, it is their loss, so don't let it upset you.
