I discovered how to over come the LANGUAGE BARRIER by reassigning certain affiliates.
I've had an increase in activity by giving non-English speaking PSAs to a "new sponsor" in their own country.
The PSAs are now able to communicate and receive the help they need to get going.
Language Reassignment has helped several inactive affiliates and two of my EAs have become Bronze Team Leaders.
I remember when I first started.
I successfully advanced to Gold Team Leader in 45 days.
My Sponsor generously reassigned PSAs to me as an encouragement and reward for this achievement - and I was encouraged and motivated to continue.
Also, I was completely surprised (and very pleased) because I expected to have to recruit my own members.
I had motivation to keep going, even though the new PSAs were inactive.
It was an opportunity for me to practice my leadership skills.
Writing letters, sending reminders, thinking up tips - it was good for me.
Because these affiliates had not even whitelisted OR logged in after joining, I thought "Maybe they aren't even getting the messages."
I had some success by sending messages via their personal email address.
And wording my Subject Lines carefully so as to avoid being filtered out.
It is heartwarming to watch someone else's success and know that I helped.
