First of all it is very important to understand that SFI is not a quick get rich scheme,that SFI is a business where you work as much as you want and when you want.This is the first thing they must know.
Second thing is I will try to motivate them with TCredits,or small money prize,etc... So if they continue and earn 1500 VP i will reward them with 2,3 or 5 TCredits.
Third thing is I will show them paycheck i earned in SFI hoping they get the will to continue,and if they continue its only a matter of time until they get first payment :)
Fourth thing is I will remind them to read lessons again,again and again,and not to be afraid to ask if they dont know something.
