When you receive reassignments from your Sponsor they are usually given as a reward for achieving a goal(s). If a Sponsor is rewarding everyone in their Team who also achieves the same goal, he/she may have to reassign 100's of PSAs, as such it is hard to give only active PSAs to everyone.
It is our job as a Sponsor to teach our Team (active or inactive) the best way we can, one such way is by sending Emails on a weekly basis to everyone in our Team. Not only does it help the active members, we are also rewarded with 30VP (regardless of whether our Team is active or not). So if you are just starting out and only have reassigned inactive team members, you are still able to move yourself forward by sending out a weekly email.
Once you have a Team under you, regardless of their active participation or not, you can also send Stream Posts (up to 3 a week gives you an additional 3VP).
If a member of your Team is not active yet, and if you have been steadfast in your communication, it may eventually pay off (it does happen more than you think). They may one day, wake up and have a “lightbulb” moment and see the potential that SFI has to offer, perhaps the Emails you send suddenly click with them and you will have a valuable Team Member from that moment on.
Perhaps the inactive affiliates are not working due to a language barrier, I try to reassign affiliates from the same country as the person I am giving them to, that way if necessary they can communicate in their own language and hopefully help the non-active affiliate understand things in such a way that I couldn’t.
