The short answer for me is that you really want to work with your workers and it is way too much energy wasted on those that need to be convinced that this is a fantastic program. The best answers I have heard are those that point this out.
If you are doing all you can to help your affiliates as a sponsor it’s not going to help if you need to convince them to stick with it. They still need to work at building their business and you cannot do that for them.
I treat all of my affiliates as if they are active and write them at least once each week. You never know if or when someone will become active or who will rock it out. If they quit working I stop sending emails only if they opt out completely.
If you are convinced that SFI is the best program for you, you will not want to give up and no circumstances will make you quit. The same is true for your teammates.
