I learned alot from the answers I read this week and want to share those notes with you because it helped me to put it in some sort of order. Thank all of you for adding such insite to this question.
SFI is a network marketing business connected to our TripleClicks store. Everyone joins a Business to earn an Income. If you understand clearly how to maximize your earnings you will become excited and work with commitment to reach your goal.
SFI has a very generous compensation plan with six ways to make money: Direct Commissions, TripleClicks Executive Pool, Co-Sponsor Commissions, TCredits Bonus, ECA Royalties, and SFI Pay-Per-Action!
As an SFI Affiliate, our role is to generate sales at TripleClicks for which we get paid as outlined in the compensation plan detailed at: https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan
There are multiple ways to earn money and they are related to our Status with SFI as an Affiliate, an Executive Affiliate, an Executive Affiliate 2, or being a Team Leader such as Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. Our status is determined by the number of Versa Points (VPs) that we generate by ourselves and through our team during a specific month. To earn these VersaPoints we do daily, weekly, and monthly actions and/or make sales or purchases from our store, TripleClicks.
Qualifying as an Executive Affiliate in the first month is easy and can be achieved in the second month also without incurring expenses. There are a few suggestions on how to do this in the Form. This gives you time to build your Team and help others become Executive Affiliates.
To be Successful with SFI, you need to follow these 3 SFI Basic Steps (https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics3Steps)
1. To be Successful with SFI, you need to consistently log in everyday and do as many of the activities possible so that you can gather all the possible VersaPoints made available to you. Do your TO-DO List every day, register for the Daily Grand in which you can win some great prizes, and participate in the ASK SC, you will learn a lot from other affiliates. You want to reach Executive Affiliate Status every month which requires an investment after you have completed all the Getting Started, and Intermediate actions and the LaunchPad lessons. If you are serious about building your business make a budget and place a standing order. The first month I suggest focusing on collecting Versa points and learning as much as possible about SFI and TripleClicks.
You can start making money your first day with TripleClicks sales! Start by advertising your TripleClicks gateways. Tell your friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors about the products and services on TripleClicks. Whether it's the Closeouts, the Hot Deals, the PriceBenders Auction, the Wave3 Program, the ECA program, the Garage Sales etc., there is something for everyone! It might be a good idea to wait until the third month to emphasize Direct Commissions. If you are working exclusively on line find a useful eBook that gives a good commission and sell three or four to your downline and increase your commissions. In the 4th month focus on ECAs both starting your own and recruiting businesses. This will significantly enhance your bottom line and this will help keep affiliates active and engaged.
Find out what products work for you and get them through a Standing Order. You can apply up to 2000 VersaPoints from sales and purchases to your leadership status. This is the fastest way to become a Bronze Team Leader with signing in every day and completing your tasks and using VersaPoints in the PriceBenders auction. Two of the benefits in this is getting a monthly share of unassigned CSAs and increased compensation on Executive pool commissions. Once you qualify as a Team Leader you can earn matching VP from other Team Leaders and Executive Affiliates in their second month (EA2s) on your team.
Compete in all of the contests available: E365, Daily Grand, Pick-The-Price, T-Time and team contests. I have a $100 contest for the affiliate that makes the most VP each month and I noticed a marked increase in the number of active affiliates Contests create more opportunities to earn and encourage other affiliates to keep going. TCredit Bonus allow you to take FULL advantage of your TripleClicks membership benefits and can also be used in many ways to build your SFI business. A single TCredit sells for $1.99, but you can receive, as part of your compensation as an SFI affiliate, up to 20 TCredits FREE every month!
Remember that all the VP you accumulate each month goes to 0 at the beginning of the next month because you are paid on those VP each month through the Executive Pool.
The pay check of the first 2 months is pitifully low. Do not expect a decent commission your first 90 days. You may do much better than me if you sell a lot of products or you recruit an ECA, PSA, or CSA that rocks it.
2. BUILD A TEAM. The second month focus on helping people make EA, then you'll gain points on their EA2 status the third month. Your team is a combination of PSAs, CSAs, and ECAs. To build a team, you need to be CONSISTENT in Promoting your Business in any way you can that works for you; https://www.sfimg.com/Resources/Marketing/StandardSponsoringMethods. It’s a great idea to join S-Builder and there are other marketing packages available at TripleClicks that make great standing orders or by-monthly purchases: http://TCGO.info/3qdb
The more people you have on your team, that are active, the more sales you will generate at the Triple Clicks store which will increase your commissions. This is the only way to become Silver Team Leader and above. The SFI Pay-Per-Action program helps you earn a bounty each time you generate a qualified action, SFI Affiliate Sign-ups pays up to $12 for each qualified sign-up and TC MEMBER SIGN-UPS pays up to $5 for each qualified sign-up.
Along with Direct Sales and ECA recruitment use the $12.00 Gift Cards to recruit direct buyers to TripleClicks and offer some free Gift Cards to any ECA that joins your team SFI.
Each time an SFI affiliate or TC member you personally sponsored or referred places an order at TripleClicks.com, you earn 45% of the Commission Volume (CV). For every $100 of CV your earning is $45.
Each time an SFI Affiliate you co-sponsored places an order at TripleClicks.com, you earn 15% of the CV. For every $100 of CV your earning is $15. There are many ways to get CSAs (Renewing EA status, Daily Grand Draw, E365 Finalist Draw, Winning them at PriceBenders Auction, 2nd Home CSAs for Team Leaders etc.); you can quickly build a good number of active CSAs.
You can earn 10% of the CV of your personally referred ECAs for as long as you are an affiliate and they are E-Commerce Associates. Every time anyone—anywhere in the world—buys something at TripleClicks from one of your referred ECAs, you earn a royalty!
3. Duplicate yourself so that you have at least five affiliates on your team who will do the same thing you are doing. Train and support your team members as much as you can. Become a great sponsor, do the job yourself and become an example.
Building a team of active affiliates should be every affiliate's ultimate focus. The Earnings Calculator (https://www.sfimg.com/PopUp/EarningsCalculator) shows you how you benefit from your team when they duplicate your actions.
Remember that you are building a business not a job; it takes time and effort... NEVER QUIT because
"QUITTERS NEVER WIN! AND, WINNERS NEVER QUIT!" Quitting is not an option.
Make clear goals you can measure to make money, by setting daily and weekly tasks and measuring the results in sales or recruits. What drives the compensation is the sale and purchases of products and services by active SFI affiliates and TripleClicks members.
Combining all of the above strategies will insure you know what to expect and be in position to gain the most out of the SFI Compensation Plan.
Ask these questions to every active member of your Team
• Are you qualifying for Executive Affiliate every month?
