I never try to go with everything what's written in Compensation Plan. Better make it even simpler so that new member's don't get overwhelmed . Once they become familiar with SFI and it's plan , they themselves can go through every aspects of the business or when I feel they are ready for next level, I myself inform them about other aspects of the business.
For New bee's, I only inform them about 1st four points of Compensation plan:-
1) Direct Commissions
2)TripleClicks Executive Pool
3)Co-Sponsor Commissions
4)TCredit Bonus
I think it's o.k to make the plan even simpler for new member's.
