The first month I emphasize the Executive Pool and collecting Versa points. This gets a person well trained.
The second month it is harder to gain the VP you need but I emphasis getting the free points but I move on to Sponsoring. If in the second month we can recruit 5 or 6 people making EA, then you'll gain on their EA2 status the following month.
Then the third month I emphasize Direct Commissions. The pay check of the first 2 months is pitifully low. If you are going the free route and not investing in advertising and purchases you commonly receive about $0.79 or so. So the Affiliate os a little frustrated and ready, I think, to tackle Direct commissions. Find a useful ebook that gives a good commission and if he sells 3 or four to his downline he is going to double or triple his commissions.
Then in the 4th month I emphasize ECAs both starting your own and recruiting businesses. This will significantly enhance your bottom line and that is what KEEPS affiliates active.
Along with Direct Sales and ECA recruitment I use the $12.00 Gift Cards to recruit direct buyers to TC and I offer some free Gift Cards to any ECA that joins my team from outside SFI.
We are here to make money and when we systematically go about making money we will see affiliates engaging.
