You will basically have three types of people in your Team.
1. Leaders : These are the people you have to work with and spend most of your time for them. They are willing to Learn and follow your suggestions. Sometime s these people become dejected due to delay in getting results. You have mentor them and try to understand their issue and help them by finding the solution. Two heads are better than one always. Offer them incentives for achieving goals. Give them tips and if possible create a group on any of the social networks or skype where you and they can share the strategies which will help everyone.
2. Sleepers : These people are very enthusiastic to sign up and when they need to work to earn they just vanish and go into hibernation. Just send them group mail once a week, a brief write up on one of the best features of SFI and how it can help them. A few of them will suddenly wake up and may become very active.
3. Sitting on Fence : These people do not really know what they want, one day they are very motivated by seeing someone's achievement and another day they will feel desperate and say this business is really working. Do not waste your time with time and only support them if they approach you. It is a rare case where such people become active as they are mostly joining some new p[rogram every now and then.
