1. Team Email, from your Movers tab (TM)
2. Genealogy page (SFI Team Mail)
3. Chat (In house chat when your affiliates are online)
4. Skype or Facebook chat to address special concerns.
I motivate my team with the following methods and rewards:
1. Monthly revolving contests for 1st tip achievements (EA2 and up)
2. Monthly contest for Top 300 achievers
3. Reward for WAVE 3 approved sign ups
4. Fast start cash bonus who achieve EA with a Standing Order
5. Grant free share of my Co-op to my active PSA EA2 or higher.
To name a few.
I send a monthly motivational Team Message touching on various topics relevant to achieving success.
This is, in addition to weekly or bi-weekly Team Emails.
I, also, regularly invite questions and respond in a timely manner to them.
Consistent communication and a rewards program are the very beneficial to team motivation.
However, leading by example best shows best to the success of SFI and is a strong motivator to your Team Members.
