I motivate my team to get and stay active with SFI by sending them a few times a week Team e-mails with direct information, directions, steps and tips about SFI.
Also in those Team e-mails I give them some direct examples how much they can earn with Matching VP when they reach Team leaders positions, how much they can earn (and how many VP they will get)when the sell products from TripleClicks shop somebody who is not SFI affiliate or how much they can earn when their PSA-s and CSA-s buy some products from TripleClicks shop.
I also give them examples of income when they refer ECA-s to TripleClicks when they are approved/activated etc.
I also give them some examples of some of our upline who are successful for short time and example of some upline who are successful and for many years in SFI business, because that means that SFI is not "get rich quick program".
When our PSA-s see some real numbers from direct actions which they need to do and from real people in SFI, that is the best motivaton for them to get and stay active with SFI.
