To motivate my team:

I send all my downline at least once a week a team mail message about the rule of success, emphasizing each step the importance of implementing it.

I also offer Gift Certificates to my downline, who can maintain Executive Affiliate status and reassigned 2 to 5 Affiliates under them.

I post through STREAM tab “Congratulations” to all my downline, who achieved EA and encourage them to continue moving forward, outperforming previous month’s performance.

I also send them positive and uplifting words to help them stay focus, be consistent and stay committed as one team.

I also remind them each time that I’m always here to help.
