This is an important question. Some of the ways you can motivate your team are as follows:
1. Lead by Example. This principle works any day. If you are encouraging your team to read their LaunchPad, get an S-Builder, or go to the Auctions and so on, it will make more impact when they see you have done so.
2. Be an Awesome Leader. Be apt in responding to your team anytime they need your attention, provide the necessary guide they need to grow their businesses, post a good photo of yourself on your SFI Homepage and keep up with the latest news in SFI. These have a way of creating the necessary confidence and trust required for a good team activity.
3. Create team contests once in a while using your leadership page (Reward/Incentive tab). Your team will become active when they know they could win TCredit, gift certificate or MRP while they build their own teams.
4. Share the secret of your success with your team and reassign affiliate to your active PSAs once in a while.
