Well,according to me, this is one of the most important questions asked here,because whole system of sfi is somehow dependent on this one thing.."MOTIVATION".
Motivation to give your whole effort here.
What i think the best ways are :
1.Rewards,like Reassignments,tcredits,gift cards etc. but whatever you give them as reward, first, you must tell them their value and how they can be used.
2.Your time and experience . I think it is most important, because you are their leader, so you must know about your team and what they want from you.
You should be in contact of them, if possible by phone or email also.
You should tell them how you started here, what you have gained,what to do and most important "WHAT NOT TO DO",because this will save their time and money.
For example :If you tried some paid advertising from a website and it gave disastrous results to you and some of your known persons, you can at least tell your team not to waste their money at that site.
