I provide my Team with encouraging messages that helps them better understand the multiple avenues to earn income with SFI and TripleClicks. These include advising them specifically how to make EA and Team Leader status every month with either no or minimal expense.

I also provide them with specific details on how to use marketing strategies which I've used successfully over the years which allows them to duplicate my efforts.

I personally respond to every single Email and Team Mail with detailed information directly related to their question.

I send welcome, commitment, and other achievement related emails recognizing their efforts.

I send reassignments to some of the best and hard working new affiliates.

I do regular streams advising them of information not easily found without doing advanced searches.

I maintain a minimum of 13-15 badges so they know I'm involved with all aspects of the program.

And finally, I maintain my Leadership page with blog entries, recommendations, tips, and recognitions of achievements.
