I tried several methods of motivating my team, I did regular messaging. I tried giving incentives but so far the best way I learned to motivate my team is through Relationship.
I Have really decided to take time to cultivate friendship with my movers and journey together with them in our SFI business.
Now I don’t just enjoy SFI, but I also enjoy the friendship with my team. We formed a close group in FB and just spend our time talking about just anything.
One of my down-lines, who is obviously, have more resources than me even paid for ads for me to get more PSA. Simply because, he is my friend.
There are few principles that I learned to remember in this method.
1)I must seek real friendship and not just for the SFI but beyond. In our chat for example we talk about family problems and many other things outside SFI.
2)I must realized that I can not do this to a lot of people – So, I just concentrate my efforts on my “Movers” – This is very much inline with the principle of “working with the workers”.
3)I must make myself as added value to him and to his SFI business – I need to know deeper and wider about SFI. – They will never be interested if they sense that they know more that you do.
4)Patience is a virtue both in SFI and in cultivating friendship.
You maybe interested with the result. I now have 10 friends who are all earning and very active PSA’s. They are giving me good amount of monthly commission. We now have 4,400+ affiliates in my organization and I am harvesting more than 100T VP per month.
