There are some few high hitters from Asia and Middle East.Unfortunately majority of affiliates from Africa who I would love for them to do well do not go past the first 2 months for different reasons.
Most at times results vary in your target demographic.What I notice over time is prospects from North American do not like information clutter so you need to cut the amount of content in your ads but insufficient information could also be a conversion killer.So moderation is key in such regions.
Prospects from Asia,Middle East and African countries are often attracted by free stuff.So it would be a bad move to advertise quoting certain figures required to run this business.You would also need a good follow up process as most are not convinced they are in the right business.
Generally,get straight to the point with your advertising.People are convinced by facts and wording of your headline and notwithstanding where the prospects are coming from,they could be a potential Goldmine for you.
