My favourite website builders are Wix and Weebly. You can join these for free - but the paid package is cheap too and gives you more options. I love GoDaddy simply because they have been in the business for a long time and have constantly built tools in there for whatever it is you need. Its not free but has competitive prices. However, the best support is GoDaddy for sure. That's just from my experience. I have tried them all and recently I decided to stick with GoDaddy because I can trust that they have their bases covered... very easy to manage tools.
