I think this question is fundamental because the key to success in this business is duplication. That is to say, a quality downline and this requires constant communication with affiliates. The sponsor who wants to achieve this goal must be put at the disposal of his downline. He must establish a communication strategy very effective. This involves being awake permanent. Must respond as much as possible to their different concerns without foritures and tell them the truth of the realities of concept SFI. This communication strategy also requires a sense of anticipation. When the sponsor noted that some of his downline members are discouraged or bristle, he must promptly write their messages to encourage and motivate. The sponsor must also encourage those who are active with messages of encouragement or favors (such as gift cards, they can join our cooperatives freely) in recognition of their efforts. The sponsor must also preach by example, he must have experienced that he advises his members to experiment.
In short, for me the best way to motivate his downline is to have a good strategy with them that affiliates feel that you put at their disposal.
It is also the price to succeed in this business and why I say thank you to all SFI communication tools that are made available to members to somehow give it every chance of success for its members. In this respect, SFI innovating over time.
