The simpliest way to get two way communication with your downline is to give them a phone call. Many affiliates don't give a complete profile - some do. Those that do, go ahead give them a call. Introduce yourself as their sponsor. Let them know that you care more about them than about your commissions. Help them achieve their goals by listening to them. Ask open ended questions to get the dialogue going.
For those that don't offer a phone number, you may ask for it just for business purposes by email. Let them know that the reason you want to have their phone number is to help them grow their SFI business. If you happen to catch the communication bubble orange, then initiate an informal sfichat. Try to learn about them and feel out where their interest lies.
Don't worry about affiliates who don't care to reach out to you. Many affiliates join SFI everyday looking for something for nothing. You are better off without them. Always reach you to all of your affiliates within the first 24 hours of signing up.
