As a leader we need to find out what type of individual we are dealing with; not every person is the same with the same need; so the first thing we need to do is to establish communication in a two way fashion. It is our responsibility to initiate contact with the new affiliate but we also need to hear from them; you do not want to waste time trying to coach somebody who does not want to be coached or who is not serious about building a business. In summary, the best incentive to offer a new affiliate is giving them what they need once they have shown commitment and willingness to do what it takes to build a successful business.
