The common thread in the answer is, motivation. Give them your support, lead by example, all that good stuff.
You may want to use the co-op and what I do is email my affiliates saying that any give month that you remain EA I will add you to my co-op and give you leads. I purchase 4 s-coop shares a month so if you have the money to do so, go for it.
