In my opinion, SFI offers more than enough incentives for new affiliates... Fast-track, E365, Daily Grand, even the introduction and training is incentive based with all the VP awarded.
I think any additional incentives you would offer should be commitment driven. Getting people focused on the LONG-TERM is where the money is made. The bottom line is... It doesn't matter one bit how great you do today, if you are gone tomorrow.
