Good question! The best incentive to offer new affiliates is your time, attention, and guidance when and if they want it. Their choice. When they want it, get back to them as quickly as possible with the help they need.
You have been in their shoes. When they realize that you truly want to help them succeed, they feel confident that they can come to you with their questions, lack of understanding (they are NEW--this does take time, effort, and knowledge gained), fears, and successes.
Don't expect them to be flooding your inbox; they want to do it themselves. However, they really want to know there is someone who has been where they are that will answer the occasional question or concern.
Gifts of TCredits and Gift Certificates are great. Save them to reward an accomplishment--even a small one. Your affiliates are special. Show them first, with your attention, your care, your knowledge, and then your physical gifts (TCredits, Gift Certificates, etc.) Enjoy your affiliates and your relationships with them.
