I believe in being honest with my affiliates. It's not easy to get the VP to to be an EA in the second month.
And a very low commission is usually the result in the first month. I usually warn them before they see it. And encourage them to do the following:
1) They must either begin to buy from TC or find people who will.
2) They must step out and begin advertising to strangers.
3) They must look at the other money streams offered by SFI.
4) They must figure how to use other people's money in order to succeed. And to tell those people how they will benefit. Do this by encouraging ECAs, find people who will sell TC products, or buy them. There are also other ways
5) I encourage them to study the ECA program and either sign up ECAs or become one themselves. And I tell them all the benefits to them, the ECAs, and the local affiliates.
6) I still encourage them to ask questions, and discuss plans and doubts. And of course to stay the course for the duration that it takes to become successful. I also ask them what success means to them and what they are willing to do to get there.
7) I watch them on the Genealogy, the Forum, E365, Daily Grand, etc and congratulate them on their progress.
