There is always a danger of emphasizing truths about SFI without presenting the need for discernment. We emphasize the FREE aspect for signing up as a customer or as an affiliate. Rarely do we mention the fact that there is a tremendous amount of work that must be done in order to reach the dreams of financial security. Therefore, a day or two into the program, a large percentage of signups, get a few points---and quit. They never look at SFI as providing thousands of dollars worth of benefits--over and above the FREE entry into the program. These benefits have to be seen as PAY. We pay $1000s of dollars for an education and don't complain because we are NOT GETTING PAID FOR FOUR OR MORE YEARS. With SFI, unless we are getting $1000 or more in our initial month or two, we are dissatisfied, being oblivious to the worth of the education the company has made available to us. The majority of those that become inactive have never looked at the LaunchPad, the benefits of it and the ease of points made.
Thus, prospect needs to be prepared for WORK and NOT AFRAID OF WORK. He must have a certain amount of patience. He will positively succeed if his expectations are not unreasonable. Will it take 4 years to succeed? It depends on what he considers success. It is up to the individual. Do they want to apply a certain limited amount of money toward their SFI business (in College, it takes a GREAT DEAL OF MONEY) to make this home based business succeed? These business expenses are deductible--the first year in this business may be "just break even" but the only reason it will fail is because of a lack of confidence--in self, in SFI, in the TEAM you belong to. Don't begin unless your plan is to stick it out.
This being said, you may find it somewhat difficult to find committed individuals for prospects. It takes determination to work when others are not determined. Just be careful not to give the strong delusion that SFI is "sailing down the river". There are always things to overcome--even going downstream." Are YOU an OVERCOMER? Are you able to find others who are overcomers? Or are you looking for someone to sign in for FREE?>
