How do I present the SFI/TC opportunity to a prospect without "overselling" it and turning them off?

First thing, you don't want to sound like a person just trying to gain something. A conversation with an individual should be engaging, with a pleasant dialogue between you two without throwing pitches and so forth. Asking an individual about what they do or in that line of dialogue will lead to what you do. Just proudly sharing what you do with enthusiasm from the comfort of your home sells your business.
