Livechat is one of the good option to interact with your PSA or with your UPline.
Let me tell you where i have used live chat efficiently.
1. One of the best where i have used it when there is new PSA comes under me.. i immediately send message via livechat that " Hi , I am your sponsor, welcome to SI , First of all you go to "to-do list" and collect 500VP by completing Getting started actions that will give you more 500VP free for the rest of the work and Basic of SFI i will tell you in mail or message"
2. I have used it for some of my inactive PSA as well. when they are coming rarely i immediately tell them to which work they need to do further or which is important post in forum regarding them.
3. I use it for my upliner for most of my queries of ECA and other matters to help my PSA.
4. I also tell my inactive PSA about my contest via livechat so they can log in daily to win it :)(main intention is to make them active via contest)
4. I also use live chat to Congratulate my PSA and upline for winning of auction :)
5. Live chat also works as "offlinechat". Because when you send your message via it but before that your PSA goes offline it's been saved in his account and when he again log in its account he can see as offline message so in that way its also works good.
So in these ways it works awesome mostly for Immediate messaging to help or convey our message to PSA and Upline.
I would like to suggest one special chat window besides screen of main account which will work more efficient than current livechat option.
