Whenever you sign up affiliates, as a sponsor you are supposed to help them grow through monitoring their actions from your Genealogy by seeing who is active and who is not. Encourage those who are not active, try to explain to them the SFI Basics. Teach all of them, cheer them and you can give them gift cards. This will boost their morale, and soon they will be scoring VersaPoints for a multiple of actions.
