First and foremost you would need to send your downlines a welcome message through your genealogy using the SFI mailer system. In it you would need to state that SFI is a Team work and their collective efforts would bring gains to everyone. Then, you would explain to them how to carry out actions in the To Do List and gain Versa Points. Then you would have to advice them to visit their Homepage daily otherwise they would miss points daily if do not. Advice them to study their Lunchpad daily to get the basic training on SFI. lastly, you would ask to to contact you if they had any hitch.
For Affiliates from your country, you could contact them on your local phones. This would bring friendship and encouragement.
These are in my opinion the basic things to do. However, they are affiliates that do not visit their Homepage after the first enrollment. For such, there is nothing you can do.
