As a team leader I convey to my downline that SFI is a lifestyle change and this is......
WHY?
SFI’s business model rewards ALL affiliates for taking daily actions. What has always amazed me about, “Human Nature” is that we expect something for nothing. Which goes to an Economics 101 saying, “TANSTAAFL”, There Aint No Such Thing As A Free Lunch”.
The bigger question is, “What are you doing to be successful in YOUR SFI business?” As a team leader and/or EA2 with a downline, we are unable to get up every morning and make our downline log in to SFI and TAKE Daily actions.
Now that would be an excellent idea for a computer programmer to implement. I know there is someone out there with enough programing savvy to develop a program where as soon as someone turns on his/her computer it would immediately open up to their SFI website. And also wouldn’t allow them to check his/her email and/or social media until they completed their daily actions!
Until that happens the best we can do as Team Leaders/EA’s is to assist them to change their hearts and minds and, “Consciously Take Daily Action.” The most difficult aspect of human nature is forming a new habit.
Many experts have written about this topic and that advice is continually ignored, why? IT TAKES CONSCIENCE DAILY ACTION!
Society has evolved into the, “Worker Bee” mentality. Get up, go to work (a JOB, Just Over Broke) and rinse and repeat. What happens is we fall into a rut and start thinking the victim mentality. We also become complacent and start living unconsciously.
What is the victim mentality? Blaming outside circumstances and justifying those circumstances as to why we are unsuccessful.
What is living unconsciously? Being reactive instead of proactive! Reacting to our environment and society and pleasing everyone else, not stepping outside our comfort zones, (Friends and Family) because we don’t want to offend them! Why? Because they’ll tell you, “Yeah, I tried that once and it was because of X,Y,Z that it didn’t work. It’s always someone and/or something else at fault. (Victim mentality)
So here’s the game plan:
Be a Victor, not a Victim!
Accept responsibility for our actions!
Start living consciously!
Plan out our day, decide how much time we can devote to our SFI business, you can complete your daily actions in less than 15 minutes a day.
If your friends are telling you can’t do something, change your friends.
If your family’s telling you need to stop that computer business and pay more attention to me, remind them that your DAILY actions are going to afford more vacations, more money, more abundance, etc and that if they cared about you, about us as a family, that you can either pitch in and help or leave me alone for at least an half hour, hour, etc. Include them in your plans and explain to them how this will benefit the family in the long run!
Give up the T.V. social media, video games etc for an hour and devote to SFI.
Start filling up your mind with motivational books, tapes, etc. An old computer saying, “GIGO”, Garbage In, Garbage Out. Feed your mind, you take care of your body right? Take care of your mind. Again, turn off the T.V. (Mostly Murder, Mayhem, etc… All the negative aspects of human nature) and focus on the positive aspects of human nature.
