First of all, you can't expect great success just in a year unless you take huge actions.
It's totally normal if you haven't met success yet if you're among the average people.

What you should be doing now?

I would say:
Persevere, do the very best you can towards your business.If you were using some strategies that did not work well, try different ones, compare and note your progress.
If you were not focusing enough on sponsoring affiliates, you should. You should sponsor more and more affiliates each month and then help them to duplicate your path.

By experience, despite the tools and information SFI provides, new affiliates still get lost when they join SFI and don't know what to do. Solve this by customizing your own welcome message to those new PSAs. Include video tutorials in your welcome message to teach them how to earn their Getting Started Versa-points and their Daily Actions points.

Be sure to renew your EA status each month and even advance and maintain Team Leader status for a bigger in the Executive Pool. Show to your Team that you're successful and active. Accumulate more badges.

Do that continuously and be patient. You will see positive results very soon.

Most affiliates like to be helped. They like support from their sponsor. So it's great to send them a message regularly to ask them the way you can help them better. It's also great to tell them that you would reward them if they attained a certain amount of versapoints each month and keep your promise. The reward could be a sharing or reassignment of new affiliates under them or TC credits reward or any others rewards.

The best strategy to become a Platinum Team Leader for me is:
To sponsor as many PSAs as you can each month and be opened to support them in anyway.
This is a numbers game and from all the affiliates you sponsor, only 2 to 5 percent of them will take action. So you need to sponsor as many as you can. Maybe 1000's of affiliates each month. Then send them a welcome message the same day they sign up.
I have written and saved a series of messages to send to my PSAs:
-A message to send to Ready-To-Go affiliates
-A message to send to Affiliates that achieved Fast-Track
-A congratulating/rewarding message to send to EAs and one for EA2.
-A message to send to Passive affiliates to motivate them to log in to their SFI homepage again.
And so on.
Do all the above continuously and you should make it to Planinum Team Leader level. Good luck.
