How can I help ensure that my affiliates read all the exciting and important SFI announcements?

One way is to send out team mails at least weekly pointing out the new announcements and the key highlights of the announcement.
A second way is to offer an incentive to your team members for answering a simple question regarding the new announcement.
A third way is to point out to your team how you benefited from the announcement and how they too can benefit.
I am sure there are many more, but those are my top 3 ways.
What is the best use for the MRP I earn?

I personally try to get the most value for my MRP's. Therefore what I do is save them until I have enough for a Kindle, or in the past for an IPOD. So far I have received 3 IPODs and 4 Kindles, each of which I have been able to sell slightly below retail. I then use the proceeds to purchase additional T credits to maintain my EA2/Bronze Team leader status.
I see a lot of people suggesting to use it for a single T credit, and s while that may help someone a EA2 status, it is quite an expensive way to maintain it. The reason I say that, is because you are using 126 MRP's to get something that can cost as little as 29 cents. Instead if you use my approach, I can sell a Kindle for usually $175 to $180, which can purchase a whole lot of TCredits. In fact almost 800 T Credits.
Then by using those TCredits in Double point auctions, I can earn another 8000 MRP's, or approximately half the amount to get another Kindle.
So I try to look at the bigger picture and get the most for my MRP's. In the short run, getting single MRP's could be OK as you learn, but if you continue to do it over the long run, you really are cheating yourself the true value of the MRP's.

How do you maximize the benefits of being a Bronze Team Leader?

I am seeing a lot of answers listing the benefits of becoming a Bronze team leader, but not many answers on how to maximize the benefits. To maximize the benfits I would recommend the following:
1. You receive one share of CSA's. To maximize the benefit of having these CSA's I would recommend making sure you communicate with them at least weekly to see if they have any questions or if there is something you can help them with. You don't become successful unless they too become successful.
2. With the 12 free T Credits - I use them for TripleClick auctions to try an win additional PSa's and/or CSA's. I also use it to bid on other auctions for items that I can resell for a profit.
3. Matching Versa points - With the matching Versa Points you earn additional money, which I invest back into the business by helping pay for my next month's standing order. I now make enough each month to cover my standing order and still have a profit left over. By business is pretty much self sustaining now, because I have no additional out of pocket costs.
Those are my top 3 suggestions to MAXIMIZE your Bronze Team Leader benefits. Keep working at it and you WILL build your business!

How do you ensure that the TCards you send out are used...and what do you do when they are not?

I have been seeing quite a few answers that discuss how people ensure the gift cards are used but not many with what to do if they aren't used.
The many answers for ensuring were good, such things as sending e-mails reminding people they have the gift card or calling them to remind them they have the gift card, assuming you have their e-mail and/or phone number.
One suggestion I have for what to do if they aren't used is as follows:
First I let the person receiving the gift card know that the gift card code is available to them for a limited time, for example 30 days, and if they do NOT use within 30 days, the code will be given to someone else.
How you might ask? well you have a list of ALL the gift cards numbers and can see if they have been redeemed or not, in the Gift Card tracker. I usually will mention 30 days, but actually will wait a bit longer before I give out the code again. Granted you will not receive the 10 Vp's when you recycle a number, but you do give that number another chance of being used, because the key is to have people use them and once they do, you have a better chance of gaining their interest.
So be sure to recycle old codes to maximize the effectiveness of the gift cards without any additional cost.

What is the best way to help my affiliates build their downlines?

First and foremost be available to answer questions and to guide them on things they can do to reach the next rank.
Secondly, initiate contests where you award your PSA's prizes, such as TCredits or Gift Certificates for reaching various goals such as reaching EA status, Bronze status etc. Reward them for attaining new badges, or anything else you can think of.
The third thing I would suggest, is to be sure you send at least weekly updates to all your PSA's, and CSA's too, about any updates about what is going on with SFI, TripleClicks, Pricebender Auctions or the Eager Zebra games. Point out excellent responses to questions in Ask SC or in the Forum. Keep them up to date an involved!

What's best to sell at TripleClicks? Cheap things or more expensive/more valuable items?

Really whatever you have, if it is priced right, it will have a chance of selling. However, you don't necessarily want to give the stuff away, especially if it is new and unused.
Be sure to check the TripleClicks website to see if others are selling the same thing and, if so, compare what you might hope to receive for the product to what they are asking for it. If it looks like you can be competitive with them, list it.
Best of Luck to you!

I continue to send a weekly team e-mail including everyone regardless if they have logged in or not. I know from personal experience that every now and then I become curious about things that others have e-mailed me and may check it out. Therefore because it is so easy to include everyone, I do so. It takes no extra energy or time and who knows maybe someday some of them may see the light and become active. If they don't, I don't lose sleep over it, because I do have so many others that do remain active.

Offline or online recruiting...which is best and why?

I really think to be successful a combination of both offline and online recruiting is best. Why limit yourself to just one method.
For offline recruiting you have personal recruiting, advertising in newspapers, handing out TripleClick Gift cards and more at your disposal.
For online advertising, you can use such things as S Builder, traffic exchanges, blogs and more.
So do what you can when you can and don't limit yourself to just one type, it will help you become more successful.

How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?

I am thinking many are not lazy and or unmotivated, but instead don't understand the entire SFI program. Many are hoping for instant wealth, and become frustrated with their small commission checks not realizing they are building for the future.
SFI requires work and dedication to be successful, with no promise of instant wealth. I continue to see my income rise each year, because I have been dedicated and working, you can do so as well!
When someone asks you why they should join SFI, what do you say?

I start out by showing them the many items I have won in PriceBender auctions, pointing out the price paid and what a great deal it was.
I also show them the great items I received by using the MRP's I earned.
I then point out that they too can get these items while earning an income with SFI, at which point I discuss with them
- how long SFI has been in existence,
- the number of items available to purchase on the TripleClicks website,
- They can sell items on the TripleClicks website
- SFI is recognized by the BBB
- Wave 3 benefits
and because it costs nothing to join there is no risk.
