I've been using Homestead.com for many years, easy to use, point and click, website builder. Very quick to learn.

1) Read this sfimg.com site to understand how SFI works.
2) Take Action to advertise your SFI site and your TripleClicks page.
2) Keep Going and Don't Give UP!
What is your experience or your opinion about running contests (and providing prizes) to motivate your PSAs?

I don't think prizes or contests will yield great results, the true workers are motivated by their own success. People either 'get' SFI or they don't.
How can you build your SFI business on a tight budget?

Word of mouth--if you are good at meeting and talking to people, bring up the SFI business opportunity. Post flyers in locations that permit them around your community. Get some promo material from SFI that is affordable, or some business cards with your SFI url on them from a place like VistaPrint.com. You can get started in SFI for free, and when you start earning, use some of the proceeds to increase your marketing.
