Well, you should probably try to come to them as a friend who is giving them a few pointers,
and don't forget to get in their shoes.
How was your sponsor giving you pointers, how did you feel about it.
Give your PSAs and CSAs a reminders which are polite.
For example: Don't tell them, you need to do that and that.
Tell them that The best way to get something is ...that and that.
Make sure you know what you want to hear from your sponsor is probably the same thing they would like to hear from you.
Don't tell anybody that they must have 1500 VP at the end of the month, instead just tell them
"This is something what you were working for the whole month, just a little bit more and you've got it. After reading some things it gets easier because you learn and use that knowledge in your SFI business."
Write them your experience and show them like that what they should and shouldn't do.
Just believe in yourself and never give up.
