Brainstorm as to the language used, the different ways and means of communication, verbal or written, long, short and smart, using simple understandable language etc
In encouraging teammates
Brainstorm ways to encourage team mates, using emails, chat groups, e-cards, gifts, TCredits, gift certificates, playing games together, sharing ideas etc
Help team mates build their team
Brainstorm ways to show duplication, offer coop partnership, share websites for advertising business, encourage participation in price bender auction, encourage participation in TripleClicks sales of PSA's to go and S Builder Coop, brainstorm with each team mate ways to build team.
