How often and in what ways should we have contacts with our CSAs?

I would say you should contact your CSAs as often as new information becomes available, if you feel you can be helpful to someone. I would not contact them more than necessary and take the place of their Sponsor. You may be giving out some of the same information as their Sponsor as they are trying to coach their PSAs and helping them succeed, so what I do is give out tips of what I'm personally doing to reach my goals and reminders about different things. This usually is in the form of an e-card and a team mail every so often. You should definitely contact them if they are seeking help from you and asking questions.

What tips do you give to your PSAs in your welcome letter to them?

I don't really give out tips to my PSAs in the welcome letter. My first contact to them is just what it is, a welcome. They are going to get hit with many emails in the beginning about different things that will not make any sense to them on the first day, so I try to wait until I do my team mail to give them the basic information that they will need. That mailing is usually within a couple of days anyway, so I just welcome them and introduce myself. Tips can come later.
Should a person go for the rank of Team Leader if they don't yet have a team?

I have a team, but not a very active one. One day I was looking at my scoreboard and noticed that I was very close to achieving team leader status and I took it. I am now in my second month as team leader and am seeing the benefits of it. This is my business and I don't want to wait on others to make me successful.
I would say that if it is very difficult to achieve team leader status, then I would wait. Either for your team to become active or for you to do more on your part without having to work too hard to do it (spending too much money, etc).

What do you say to an affiliate who thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time?

If the affiliate thinks that doing the daily 1 VP actions is a waste of time, then maybe he/she could look at it from a different perspective. Yes, clicking a button everyday can seem tedious but if the person actually read the information that the tabs contain it would make it more interesting. Clicking through the tabs is the same, but the content in them are not and if they could turn it around and go through the tabs for information that can actually help them in their business to make money and see the 1 VP as an added bonus, then it would not be a waste of time. You would start to think, "What can I learn today?" instead of "I have to go through these tabs again...boring!".
VP adds up just like money does and at the end of the day and the end of the month, they could see that all the daily actions wasn't a waste of time but an effort to increase in rank and finances.

How do I get my affiliates to understand the amazing opportunity offered by SFI?

Amazingly, I saw the potential of SFI on day 1 of signing up. It was just very different from all the other websites I came across. Unfortunately, some others do not feel the same. I'm trying to get my downline to understand that you won't get rich overnight and that you have to put a little work into learning what SFI is all about in order grow and become successful. There are no promises, but it isn't a scam either. You get what you put into it. I think it's the same to any business offline as well and people are skeptical because this business is online and they probably have been scammed before. You can't make people do anything and they have to learn for themselves but once they see the honesty and you lead them to the information about the opportunity, they'll hopefully come around.

What is the importance of the new ECA tab at the Affiliate Center? How will you be using it to grow your business?

It is important because you can earn 1VP everyday by learning about the featured ECA. This will help me achieve my goal of becoming a team leader.
I plan on using this feature to find more products to promote to draw customers to my store. This is also important to get commission. I also get to see different items I can purchase for myself and earn VP.
